Are you using Chrome to access JobsIreland.ie and if yes do you have auto save (which automatically populates your email and password) enabled. If yes then go to the top right hand corner of your devices screen and click on the three dot (menu), select Security, select password & forms and search for the MyGovID.ie address from this list. Click on X to remove the address.  Now reload the JobsIreland.ie page and attempt to login again.
