Duties
  ENTERPRISE SUPPORT - Administration Assistant for their Enterprise & Employment Team in SDCP Hall, County Hall, Block 3, Floor 4, Belgard Square North, Tallaght, Dublin 24.

Job Description:  An Enterprise Support Administrator in SDCP performs a variety of duties that can change throughout the day. Typical duties of an administration assistant include supporting the Enterprise Officer in the co-ordination and organisation of general day to day operations of the Enterprise Programme.  

Reporting to the Enterprise Officer, the role of administration assistant is to ensure the highest standard of integrity and confidentiality in the maintenance of all matters relating to the Enterprise programme. 
 
Duties:	Administration
•	Typing;  data entry;   filing;   Photocopying; maintain records;  Update contact lists;
•	Answering and making phone calls; Phone clients to make appointments and record them in the Outlook calendar
•	Meet and Greet visitors arriving in County Hall for appointments;  Scheduling meeting rooms;   Ensure clients are notified and reminded to  attend Information Sessions and Start Your Own Business courses;  Prepare sign-in sheets, feedback forms and certificates of attendance
•	Manage incoming and outgoing post and emails
Any other duties that may be required from time to time by the Enterprise Officer 

Requirements:- : have a high level of personal integrity in his/her work role, motivated; good time management; good communication, organisational and coping skills; maintain a professional manner at all times with all service personnel and related agencies; be flexible and creative in his/her approach in carrying out the role;  must have knowledge and a keen interest and in Microsoft office programmes, in particular familiarity with the use of word and excel workbooks; work as part of a team; be friendly, helpful, flexible; must be able to take and follow instructions; accept guidance; act responsibly; must be willing to undertake mandatory, job related, and career development and training where identified and appropriate and in line with CE requirements.
