Enterprise Service Specialist - 9 month FTC - (19000036) Paid Position

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Relationship Management, Global ecommerce, The Enterprise Service Specialist (ESS) will be assigned a portfolio of accounts and work in conjunction with a Enterprise Relationship Manager(s) to create strong business relationships. The ESS will also have a clear understanding of the clients business and operations as well as be an excellent investigator and a problem solver.
Previous work experience in a customer service role is essential
◦Degree educated, preferably in a business related qualification or equivalent
◦Experience in an acquiring or banking ecommerce environment is preferable
◦Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools
◦Strong commercial awareness and understanding of customer needs, and evidence of this in current or previous experience
◦Ability to build strong working relationships & rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
◦Excellent organisational skills and be solution oriented
◦Strong communicator at all levels with the ability to clearly and concisely present information, both verbally and written
◦Ability to multi task and use several systems in tandem
◦Self-motivated team player with strong analytic and problem solving skills
