A creative Sous Chef is required to join our client’s team in a large well established hotel.  You should be experienced in a high-volume kitchen. You should be a good communicator and have the ability to deliver the vision of the Restaurant. You should have the following Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
•	An enthusiastic, dynamic and qualified Sous Chef who is ready for a new challenge.
•	Have experience of working with a wide range of foods to include Asian foods. 
•	You must be a good man manager and be able to motivate staff in a good team working environment 
•	Experience of working in a professional kitchen and able to demonstrate a clear understanding of all Health and Safety matters 
•	Good practical experience of quality cooking is required 
•	Should have at least five years practical experiences
