Troy Meats is a leading meat processing company in Ireland, known for quality, integrity, and commitment to excellence. We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Butcher/Boner to join our high-performing production facility.

Role Overview:
As a Butcher/Boner at Troy Meats, you will be responsible for the skilled preparation, boning, and trimming of meat to meet production and quality standards. This is a physically demanding but rewarding role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
 Perform accurate boning and trimming of meats.
 Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety.
 Operate within production targets while minimizing waste.
 Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
 Follow standard operating procedures and comply with all regulations.

Requirements:
 Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a meat processing facility.
 Strong knife skills and familiarity with various meat cuts.
 Good understanding of HACCP and food hygiene standards.
 Physically fit and able to work in chilled environments.
 Basic English required; good communication skills a plus.
 Applicants must be legally entitled to work within Ireland and the EU.
