Job description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead and oversee all food and beverage operations within our busy hotel. This is a leadership role requiring strong operational expertise, commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all F&B outlets, maintaining high service standards, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets (restaurant, bar, events)
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, beverage, and service standards
- Manage staffing levels, rota's, and labour costs in line with business needs
- Drive revenue through innovative promotions, upselling, and menu development
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and senior management on menus and offerings
- Maintain compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary
- Support the planning and execution of events, functions, and conferences

Experience Required:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage management role, ideally within a busy hotel environment
- Proven track record of managing high-volume operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and controlling costs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods
