What You’ll Do Support daily living and personal care routines Encourage independence and community participation Build positive and respectful relationships Support individuals in line with personal support plans Promote dignity, inclusion and wellbeing Work within a supportive multidisciplinary team What You’ll Need QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support (or equivalent) OR QQI Level 6 Social Care / Nursing qualification Experience supporting people with disabilities Full Manual Driving Licence or willingness to work towards it Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work across a 24/7 roster Good standard of verbal and written English Candidates with experience but without qualifications may still be considered if willing to complete QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support within 18 months.
