We are seeking a motivated and analytical Sales Support Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will support the development and execution of sales strategies by analysing market trends, customer behaviour, and business performance data. This role is key in helping the company identify opportunities for growth and improve its commercial positioning.
The position involves working closely with management to review business methods, products, and services, and to define target customer groups in order to identify marketing and sales requirements. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing both quantitative and qualitative market research methodologies, preparing structured proposals, and outlining project scopes and associated costs.
The Sales Support Analyst will gather and interpret market research data, producing clear reports and presenting insights to internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-making. Based on these findings, the role will involve advising on potential adjustments to product design, pricing strategies, packaging, and promotional activities, working collaboratively with relevant departments.
In addition, the candidate will liaise with marketing and Business Development teams, briefing them on campaign requirements, monitoring performance, and coordinating with stakeholders to implement any necessary adjustments.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights, contributing directly to the company’s commercial success

Salary: €35,000 per year, 40 hours per week, €16.83/hour
