Job Description
1.Plan and direct food preparation
2. Modify menus according to business need
3. Responsible in the smooth-running operations of kitchen

Key Requirements
1. Minimum 2 years experience
2. Specialise in Asian/Fusion Cuisine
3. Flexible with shift hours 10am-11pm, 39 hours a week
