Role Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a key role in the physical and emotional well-being of residents, working alongside nurses and other professionals to provide person-centred care and promote independence. 
	Support with daily personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding). 
	Assistance with mobility and emotional support. 
	Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ health. 
	Maintaining records and a safe environment. 
Requirements 
 EU nationality/EU Passport (50/50 rule: Irish regulations require that at least 50% of staff in nursing homes are EU citizens). 
 FETAC/QQI Level 5 qualification in healthcare or Equivalent is required to work as a Healthcare Assistant with our group or experience working in a healthcare environment (with a good knowledge of HIQA 
standards) is preferable.
 Intermediate level of English (spoken and written)
 You should be cheerful, caring, kind, and friendly.
 willing to be hands-on with residents, to do personal care tasks
Contract & Benefits
	Contract Type: Full-time, permanent, 36 hours per week
	Salary: €14.15 per hour
	€1,000 relocation package, receipt based
	€800 bonus after two years of service
