What You will Do
Ensure full compliance with health and safety, food safety, COSHH and Safe Systems of Work while overseeing food quality and service standards.
Supervise daily operations, leading, motivating and delegating tasks across service, wash-up and cleaning teams to ensure efficiency.
Deliver and support excellent customer service, stepping in during peak periods and maintaining a friendly, professional environment.
Manage service flow, ensuring areas are well-stocked, counters replenished, and service opens and closes on time.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation, including overseeing cleaning rotas and deep cleans.
Handle customer feedback and service issues, resolving promptly and escalating where needed
Monitor equipment and food safety, reporting faults, removing unsafe items and ensuring a safe working environment.
