Altrad Services Ireland Limited is hiring Industrial Insulator is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing insulation systems on pipes, ductwork, tanks, boilers, vessels, and other industrial equipment. The role helps improve energy efficiency, protect personnel from extreme temperatures, reduce noise, and prevent heat loss or gain in industrial facilities such as construction sites, power plants, pharmaceutical plants, refineries, and manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
●	Install thermal, acoustic, and fireproof insulation on pipes, tanks, ductwork, boilers, and industrial equipment.
●	Measure and cut insulation materials to required specifications.
●	Fit and secure insulation using adhesives, wire, bands, clips, and other fastening methods.
●	Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and insulation specifications.
●	Remove and replace damaged or outdated insulation.
●	Install protective metal cladding, sheeting, or jacketing over insulation.
●	Ensure all work complies with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
●	Conduct inspections and identify insulation defects or maintenance requirements.
●	Work safely at heights, in confined spaces, and within industrial environments.
●	Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
●	Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades to complete projects efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications
●	Previous experience as an Industrial Insulator or in a similar insulation role.
●	Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
●	Knowledge of insulation materials such as mineral wool, fiberglass, calcium silicate, and foam insulation.
●	Familiarity with metal cladding and sheet metal fabrication is advantageous.
●	Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
●	Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
●	Manual dexterity and physical fitness for industrial site work
