Maintenance Technician - Electrical Location: Sallybrook Industrial Estate, Glanmire, Co. We partner closely with our customers to deliver reliable, compliant, and high-quality services across pharmaceutical, medical device, and high-tech manufacturing environments. The Role As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will support the Glanmire operation by ensuring the reliability, safety, and compliance of plant, production, and cleanroom-critical equipment. This is a hands-on technical role within a regulated environment, supporting both day-to-day operations and continuous improvement initiatives. Benefits Employee Assistance Programme Training and development opportunities Stable, long-term role within a growing business Safety-focused and professional working environment Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on production, ICS, and cleanroom equipment Diagnose faults and complete repairs on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems Support cleanroom compliance by maintaining equipment to required control standards. Assist with installation, commissioning, and modification of equipment Work closely with production, quality, and operations teams to minimise downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, site procedures, and regulatory requirements. Conduct fire walks at the end of shift ensuring close down procedures are adhered to. Liaise with external contractors and service providers when required Skills & Experience Recognised trade qualification or relevant experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance. Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (cleanroom or regulated experience is an advantage) Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team High attention to detail with strong safety awareness Flexible and proactive approach to work Hours: 39 hours per week Salary: €36,605.40 per annum
