Title: Supply Chain Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Analyst to analyse and optimise our company's end-to-end supply chain operations, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and maintaining high levels of customer service. This role will support procurement, inventory management, logistics, demand planning, and operational decision-making through data analysis and performance reporting.
Main Job Function & Responsibilities:

Collect, analyse, and interpret supply chain data relating to inventory, procurement, logistics, warehouse operations, supplier performance, and customer demand.
Monitor inventory levels and stock accuracy, recommending replenishment strategies to minimise shortages and excess inventory.
Analyse sales trends and historical data to support demand forecasting and supply planning.
Prepare and maintain supply chain performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management, including daily and weekly operational reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve supply chain and warehouse efficiency, reduce operating costs, and optimise inventory and order fulfilment.
Work closely with procurement, warehouse, logistics, finance, and sales teams to support operational planning and cross-functional coordination.
Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and lead times, identifying and resolving supply chain and logistics issues.
Conduct root cause analysis of supply chain disruptions and recommend corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate supply chain data within ERP and inventory management systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar operational platforms).
Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes through data analysis and reporting.
Assist in developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and warehouse operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Relevant professional certifications are advantageous (e.g. APICS/ASCM, CIPS, Lean Six Sigma).
Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, procurement, inventory, or operations analysis role.
Experience working with ERP or operational systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar workforce/inventory management platforms) is desirable.

Working Hours: 40 Hours Per week
Annual Salary: €36,605
Hourly Rate: €17.60
