Employer: BG Recruitment Job Title: 4x Chefs Description: BG Recruitment are recruiting 4x skilled and creative Chefs to prepare high-quality meals, manage kitchen operations, and maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards. The ideal candidates will be passionate about food, organized under pressure, and experienced in leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard Develop new dishes and contribute to menu planning Ensure consistent food quality and presentation Manage food preparation and kitchen workflow Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations Supervise and train kitchen staff Control portion sizes and minimize food waste Work closely with management on seasonal menus and specials Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience relevant to the role is required Salary: €36,605 Hours per week: 39 Location: BG Recruitment, Teevnacreeva, Tibohine, Castlerea, Co Rosommon F45W2P1 Please send your CV: jobs@bgrecruitment.ie
