Kitchen management including hygiene control (HACCP Procedures) Ensuring Health & Safety standards are met Assist in the care and maintenance of equipment Assist in the cleaning and maintain a healthy environment for the children in the kitchen and service area Co-operate in fire drills. Cleaning Toilets & hand basins Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time Attend appropriate training necessary for the job Hoovering & sweeping of floors as appropriate Cleaning of all surfaces, door handles etc
