Our client, Solar Beo Limited, based in Dingle, Co. Kerry, is currently seeking Electricians for immediate start at their facility in Dingle, Co. Kerry.



Key Responsibilities & Duties
-	Install, wire, and connect electrical systems including distribution boards, containment, circuits, isolators, and control equipment across a range of project types.
-	Carry out the electrical installation of solar PV systems, including DC string wiring, inverter installation and configuration, AC connections, generation meters, and battery storage systems.
-	Test, inspect, and commission electrical installations, including insulation resistance, polarity, earth continuity, and loop impedance testing, and complete associated test records and certification.
-	Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in fixed wiring installations, solar PV systems, and associated plant and equipment.
-	Interpret and work from technical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and specifications.
-	Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical installations and renewable energy systems.
-	Complete ESB Networks connection documentation and handover paperwork for PV installations accurately and on time.
-	Ensure all work complies with Safe Electric requirements where applicable, SEAI installer standards, building regulations, and site health and safety requirements 
-	Work at height safely using appropriate access equipment in accordance with health & safety legislation
-	Liaise professionally with clients, site managers, and other trades.



Requirements: Skills & Experience

-	Minimum of 3 years previous experience as an Electrician working in Solar sector  
-	Fully qualified electrician holding an equivalent overseas qualification as an Electrician
-	Post-qualification experience in electrical installation, testing, and fault-finding.
-	Hands-on experience installing and commissioning solar PV, battery storage, or EV charging systems.
-	Experience in diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults in fixed wiring installations and solar PV systems
-	Competent to install, wire, and connect electrical systems including distribution boards, containment, circuits, isolators, and control equipment across a range of project types.
-	Ability to test, inspect and commission electrical installations including solar PV systems
-	Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and installation drawings.
-	Competence in working at height and awareness of relevant safety regulations.



Annual Remuneration: €36,605.00; Pay rate €18.05 per hour 

Work Location: Solar Beo Limited, Milltown, Dingle, Co. Kerry, V92 R159.
