Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

Responsible for opening up at 7am Monday to Friday. Working in a team. Ensuring facilities, garden and common areas are safe, well functioning and ready for visitors, tenants and staff. In addition, you will be responsible for the upkeep of all outside spaces on the property also such as parking area, walkways and building surroundings. You will oversee waste disposal on-site also ensuring safe and clean hallways, clear entry and exit as well as fire exit points at all times. You will maintain the cleanliness, safety and appearance of the the property overall, at all times.
