Duties include accounts receivable settlement, bill verification, risk control/compliance oversight, and cross-functional settlement coordination.
Key Responsibilities
 Financial Accounting & Reporting:
	Responsible for daily accounting operations related to European and American business units, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
	Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP and internal company policies.
	Assist in the consolidation of financial data for the international business sector.
 Shared Services Operations:
	Process high-volume transactions efficiently within the shared service framework, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
	Standardize financial processes for the Europe & America region to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
	Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
 Compliance & Tax Support:
	Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements in relevant European and American jurisdictions.
	Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors during audit periods and tax filing seasons.
	Monitor changes in international financial regulations and advise the team on necessary adjustments.
 Cross-functional Collaboration:
	Partner with local business teams in Europe and America to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
	Coordinate with the central CFO team to implement global financial strategies and system upgrades (e.g., ERP optimization).
	Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for the assigned region.
Qualifications
	Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus.
	3+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a multinational corporation or a shared services environment.
	Solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or US GAAP.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required for communication with overseas teams.
	Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
	Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 6.00pm)
