We are seeking experienced Bricklayers/Block layers to join our construction team. The successful candidates will carry out bricklaying, block laying, and masonry work on residential, commercial, industrial, and civil engineering projects while maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and productivity.  
Key Duties and Responsibilities
	Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
	Lay bricks, concrete blocks, stone, and other masonry materials to required dimensions and standards.
	Construct foundations, walls, partitions, chimneys, retaining walls, arches, and other masonry structures.
	Prepare and apply mortar mixes and ensure correct bonding and alignment of masonry units.
	Measure, cut, and shape bricks, blocks, and stone using appropriate hand and power tools.
	Check work using spirit levels, plumb lines, and measuring equipment to ensure accuracy.
	Repair, restore, and maintain existing brick and block structures where required.
	Work safely in accordance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
	Collaborate effectively with site supervisors and other construction trades to complete projects on schedule.
	Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.  
Key Requirements
	Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience as a Bricklayer or Mason.
	Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
	Experience in brickwork, blockwork, stonework, and general masonry.
	Competent in the safe use of bricklaying hand tools and power tools.
	Good knowledge of construction methods and health and safety practices.
	Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
	Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
	Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual work in varying weather conditions.
	Good communication skills in English.
