We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie (39 hours per week) with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience for Pizza Mama, located at 30 Crumlin Road, Crumlin, Dublin, D12 HXW0, Ireland. The salary is €36,620 per annum.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar professional kitchen environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes while maintaining excellent standards of food quality, consistency, hygiene, and safety.
Responsibilities include:
•	Preparing and cooking a range of dishes including Indian curries, grilled dishes, and tandoori items.
•	Operating and maintaining a tandoor oven and preparing naan and other traditional breads.
•	Managing the assigned kitchen section and ensuring food is prepared to the required standards.
•	Preparing ingredients, controlling portion sizes, and maintaining consistency in food production.
•	Maintaining HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
•	Assisting with stock control, stock rotation, and minimising food waste.
•	Working effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

The successful candidate must have strong knowledge of Indian cooking techniques, grill preparation, tandoor operations, HACCP procedures, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy professional kitchen environment.
