Cavan Salary Range: €36,605 - €42,000 Hours: 39 hours per week Contract: Full-time, Permanent Job Description Five Star Paws Ltd is seeking a Machinery maintenance Fitter to assist with the maintenance and upkeep of equipment, machinery and infrastructure across our facility in Co. Cavan. Key Responsibilities • Carry out routine maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery. • Perform preventative maintenance inspections and servicing. • Diagnose and rectify minor mechanical faults. • Maintain and repair fencing, gates and facility infrastructure. • Assist with machinery operation and equipment set-up. • Carry out building and grounds maintenance as required. • Ensure maintenance records are completed accurately. • Maintain a safe working environment and comply with health and safety procedures. • Support the smooth operation of the facility through timely maintenance activities. Requirements • Minimum 2 years' experience in maintenance, mechanical repair, machinery operation or a related field. • Experience using hand tools and maintenance equipment. • Knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures. • Ability to identify and resolve mechanical issues. • Good organisational and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good English language skills.
