Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Applicants should supply suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda vetting application form.
Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
The programme will give successful applicants the opportunity for practical work experience of 19.5 hours per week in conjunction with studying towards a QQI Major Award in their chosen career. The work experience and training will enable applicants to secure future employment opportunities. All training cost are funded 100% through the programme. Duties to include: Setting up for classes, meetings and functions within the Parish Community Centre, Bishopsgate St, Mullingar. Assist with General Maintenance of Centre and surrounding grounds. Opening and closing of premises. Supervision/patrolling of premises and maintaining a security presence. This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary.
