We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Health Care Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential front-line care and support to individuals, families, and communities, helping to promote overall health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

Support patients with daily living activities where required
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive care environment
