Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

This Community Employment position will give participants experience by having the responsibility of completing a weekly list of jobs to ensure the hall is ready for various groups to use it.  There will be cleaning and tidying tasks as well as making sure chairs are put out for meetings etc.  They will also gain experience in general maintenance of the area by doing simple touch up repair jobs to keep the hall and surrounding area at its best.
