Essential Requirements:

 Minimum 4 years' experience as a Chef de Partie (or a very strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up)
 Experience in a professional fine dining kitchen
 Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients
 Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
 Valid Irish work authorisation
