P McGovern & Son Building Contractors are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicle body panels, restoring vehicles to manufacturer standards, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities Repair and replace damaged vehicle panels and body parts Realign vehicle frames and body structures using specialist equipment Remove dents, scratches, and other body damage Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding and filling Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards Work efficiently to meet repair deadlines Maintain a clean and safe working environment Communicate effectively with team members and management Requirements Previous experience as a Mechanic Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques Ability to use body repair tools and equipment safely Attention to detail and commitment to quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good time management skills Relevant qualifications or certification (preferred but not essential) Full driving licence (preferred) What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Overtime opportunities Supportive team environment Modern workshop and equipment Opportunities for training and career progression Salary: €36605 39 hours working week Work Location: In person
