Gowan Auto, importers and distributors of multiple motor brands in Ireland, are seeking to recruit a Product Manager to join the Leapmotor team. Reporting to the Leapmotor Brand Manager, the ideal candidate will assist in the various critical functions within our production & distribution operations.

The key responsibilities of the Product Manager are as follows:

Key Responsibilities:
Product lifecycle management of the complete range of Leapmotor products.
Market and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
Profit margin focus through strong pricing negotiations with Leapmotor International.
Update and maintain all customer and dealer touchpoints for Leapmotor products.
Assist with monthly and yearly sales planning and forecasting.
Focus on ordering of production volumes from the factory.
Monitor production from factory to dealer.
Assist with the daily operation of logistics.
Stock management for network ordering and allocation.
Prioritisation of daily, weekly and monthly summary reports.
Maintenance of new model information for SIMI, Revenue and internal systems.
Develop and deliver product content for national training events.
Support the sales team in successfully achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.

Key Attributes:
Proven experience in the automotive industry.
Degree in business is desirable; however, relevant experience will be taken into consideration.
Strong IT skills, with advanced proficiency in all Microsoft 365 applications, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in planning and organisation.
Strong prioritisation skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
The ability to work with manufacturers and effectively meet their deadlines.
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team.
