Ampleforth Limited T/A The Fitzwilliam Hotel, 127/128 St Stephens Green, Dublin 2, D02 HE18, Require a Chef de Partie (3) for their popular Hotel. Minimum 2 years’ experience in preparing and cooking of traditional cuisine. Must be hardworking & capable of producing high quality foods for both department & internal standards.
