PDL Global Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Cavan Flooring & Timber Importers Limited for 2 experienced Site Managers in Co. Cavan.
Cavan Flooring & Timber Importers Limited is an established business operating in the flooring, timber and construction-materials sector. The successful candidates will manage assigned sites and oversee the delivery of flooring, timber, fit-out and associated installation projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, on time and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily site and installation activities.
- Plan site works, labour, materials, deliveries and subcontractor activities.
- Coordinate flooring, timber, joinery, fit-out and related installation works.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, installers and site personnel.
- Monitor project programmes, progress, costs and resource requirements.
- Manage stock, material requirements and site deliveries.
- Review drawings, specifications, measurements and project requirements.
- Resolve site issues, variations and operational difficulties.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure required quality standards are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and company procedures.
- Carry out site inspections and maintain project, safety, quality and progress records.
- Coordinate completion, snagging and handover of works.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience in site management, construction project coordination, flooring, timber, fit-out, joinery or a related construction environment.
- Practical knowledge of site operations, materials, subcontractors and project schedules.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and measurements.
- Good knowledge of site health and safety requirements.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently while reporting effectively to management.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant project/documentation systems.
- CAD or technical drawing experience is an advantage.
