KSH Group , a registered employer in Ireland, is seeking an
experienced Safety Manager to join our operational team. 
Hours: 39 hours per week.
The successful candidate will oversee, implement, and monitor all
workplace environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies and
operational protocols to ensure strict compliance with Irish health and
safety legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
 Lead, implement, and maintain health and safety management
systems and risk assessments across site operations.
 Ensure full compliance with the Health and Safety Authority (HSA)
guidelines and Irish safety regulations.
 Conduct regular safety audits, workplace inspections, and incident
investigations.
 Develop and deliver safety training programs, staff inductions, and
emergency procedures.
 Oversee safety protocols for multi-lingual operational teams,
ensuring clear safety communication and compliance.
 Maintain all required regulatory compliance documentation, incident
reports, and risk registers.
Requirements:
 Relevant qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering,
or a related discipline.
 Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in a Health & Safety
supervisory or managerial role.
 In-depth knowledge of Irish health and safety regulatory frameworks.
 Professional fluency in spoken and written English.
 Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) desirable to safely
supervise and communicate safety protocols to Portuguese-speaking
operational teams.
 Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
