Workshop Technician Cartow Service Centre, Finglas, Dublin Full-Time | Monday to Friday | €40,000 - €45,000 DOE + Overtime Opportunities Cartow Service Centre is a busy and expanding independent workshop based in Finglas and forms part of Cartow.ie, one of Ireland's leading nationwide towing and recovery providers. Working with some of Ireland's largest fleet management and warranty companies, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Workshop Technician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician looking to work in a professional environment with a varied workload, strong team culture, and the opportunity to significantly increase earnings through overtime. Key Responsibilities • Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults • Completing vehicle inspections and identifying required work • Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently • Maintaining accurate job records and documentation • Working closely with the Service Manager and Workshop Foreman • Supporting fleet maintenance and warranty repair work • Contributing to a positive and productive workshop environment About You The ideal candidate will have: • Qualified Motor Technician status • Previous experience in a busy workshop environment • Strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding ability • Experience with diagnostics and modern vehicle systems • A strong work ethic and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Full clean driving licence preferred • Experience working on Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) would be an advantage but is not essential What We Offer • Competitive salary of €40,000 - €45,000, depending on experience • Regular overtime opportunities available to increase earnings • Monday to Friday hours (8:00am - 5:00pm) • No scheduled weekend work • Modern, well-equipped workshop • Stable employment within a growing business • Diverse range of fleet, warranty and customer vehicles • Ongoing training and development opportunities • Supportive and experienced team environment • On-site parking • Opportunity to progress within the wider Cartow Group Why Join Cartow?
