We are seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to work with our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Chef with a passion for food and people.

Responsibilities:

Follow recipes and presentation specifications
*Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
*Maintain highest level of hygiene standards whilst adhering to health & safety standards
*Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
*Restock items as needed throughout the shift
*Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
*Attend training as required
*Carry out any other reasonable request from a member of management

Requirements:

*Minimum 2 years experience in a busy kitchen
*Excellent Hygiene and HACCP experience
*Well organised and punctual
*Ability to work as a part of a team
