Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Caretaker / Maintenance Worker to help maintain a building and ensure it is kept clean, safe, and in good condition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for general maintenance, basic repairs, and keeping the property well looked after.
Responsibilities:
General building maintenance and minor repairs
Checking and maintaining building facilities
Keeping common areas clean and tidy
Reporting any maintenance or safety issues
Assisting with basic gardening or outdoor upkeep if required
working times will be in the Afternoon
