Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 39 hours per week
Salary: €36,605 per annum
PDL Global Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of EireVolt Energy experienced Site Managers in Co. Cavan.
EireVolt Energy is an established renewable energy company specialising in solar PV and electrical solutions for homes, businesses and farms. The successful candidates will work across assigned sites, installing solar PV systems and carrying out associated electrical works. They will ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule and to the required quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily site and installation activities.
Plan site works, labour, materials, deliveries and subcontractor activities.
Coordinate related installation works.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, installers and site personnel.
Monitor project programmes, progress, costs and resource requirements.
Manage stock, material requirements and site deliveries.
Review drawings, specifications, measurements and project requirements.
Resolve site issues, variations and operational difficulties.
Monitor workmanship and ensure required quality standards are achieved.
Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and company procedures.
Carry out site inspections and maintain project, safety, quality and progress records.
Coordinate completion, snagging and handover of works.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
Practical knowledge of site operations, materials, subcontractors and project schedules.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and measurements.
Good knowledge of site health and safety requirements.
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently while reporting effectively to management.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant project/documentation systems.
CAD or technical drawing experience is an advantage.
