Next Generation Products Limited t/a Greenville Deli located at 312 Rathmines Road Lower, Rathmines, Dublin 6, D06HX53 is now hiring an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The role involves preparing and cooking food to a high standard, managing an assigned section during service, and maintaining excellent food quality, presentation, and portion control. The successful candidate must follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards while keeping the kitchen clean and organised, assisting with stock control, and minimising food waste. They will work effectively with the kitchen team and support junior kitchen staff when required. Candidates must have a minimum of two years’ previous kitchen or Chef de Partie experience. A culinary degree or relevant certificate is preferred. Good cooking and food preparation skills, knowledge of food hygiene and safety, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential. The annual salary is €36,605 based on a 39-hour weekly full-time contract. The position is located at Greenville Deli, 312 Rathmines Road Lower, Rathmines, Dublin 6, D06 HX53.
