Pioneer Homecare is looking for a full-time HR Analyst to join our team.
Responsible for conducting research into pay differentials; supporting negotiations between management and employees regarding pay and employment conditions; providing an outstanding employee experience by coordinating the full benefits lifecycle; maintaining accurate employee data; proactively coordinating interviews and recruitment activities; and ensuring that all employees have signed contracts and are aware of and comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources and demonstrate a good working knowledge of HR shared services, policies, processes, and programs.
We are currently recruiting for a HR Analyst in our North Dublin Office. This role is Fulltime working 39 hours a week from Monday to Sunday.  Days and times will be according to the business requirements.

Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources and demonstrate a good working knowledge of HR 
Excellent Communication and English-speaking skills
Efficient Problem Solving

Sociable and approachable while being extremely dependable
