A Marketing & Development Representative in home care support promotes domiciliary and live-in care services, builds relationships with healthcare professionals, and drives client sign-ups

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify new client sources, generate private and supported care referrals, and meet monthly client signup quotas (often 10+ clients monthly).
Relationship Building: Connect with regional health systems, discharge coordinators, assisted living facilities, and local physicians.
Community Outreach: Educate the public on home health services, host events, and run local engagement campaigns.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Experience: 1–2 years of sales and community outreach experience, ideally within healthcare, social services, or medical fields.
Knowledge: Understanding of domiciliary care, personal assistance, and eldercare support systems.
Skills: Strong interpersonal, public speaking, and relationship-management abilities.
Credentials: A valid driver's license and reliable local transportation.
