We work across active sites throughout Dublin and are committed to high standards of safety, quality, reliability and customer service. ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to coordinate daily site activities and supervise teams across our projects. The successful candidate will combine practical construction experience with the ability to organise labour and materials, coordinate with site stakeholders, maintain strong health and safety standards and ensure work is completed efficiently and to the required quality. This is a hands-on supervisory role involving regular work on active construction sites. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Supervise and coordinate workers and site teams across construction projects. • Organise daily site activities and allocate labour according to project requirements and schedules. • Coordinate with site managers, foremen, subcontractors and other trades. • Monitor work progress, productivity and workmanship throughout each project. • Conduct site inspections and identify and address hazards, unsafe practices and operational issues. • Ensure appropriate PPE, working-at-heights controls and safe working procedures are followed. • Coordinate the delivery, movement, storage and availability of materials and equipment. • Support site preparation, material handling and day-to-day site logistics. • Provide practical instruction, mentoring and support to site employees. • Train new employees in safe construction practices, equipment use and company procedures. • Maintain accurate records relating to work completed, materials, safety and site activities. • Liaise professionally with clients, contractors and other project stakeholders when required. • Ensure completed work meets project specifications and required quality standards. • Support management with planning, scheduling, problem-solving and resource allocation. • Maintain efficient site operations without compromising safety, quality or customer requirements. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS • Minimum four years of relevant construction experience. • Previous experience supervising, coordinating or leading construction workers or site teams. • Practical understanding of construction site operations, materials, tools and equipment. • Previous experience working at heights and following safe working-at-heights procedures. • Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements and hazard-control practices. • Ability to organise labour, materials and daily site activities while maintaining schedul
