Regency Cleaning Services (Cork) Limited is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to plan and deliver commercial projects relating to the mobilisation, transition, expansion and renewal of service contracts. The successful candidate will determine project objectives with clients, agree timescales, costs and resources, prepare detailed project plans, establish milestones and lead cross-functional project teams. Responsibilities include negotiating with contractors and suppliers, controlling budgets, managing risks and contract variations, monitoring progress and ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. The Contracts Manager will maintain project records and provide regular progress reports to clients and senior management. Applicants must hold a relevant qualification in Project Management, Business, Finance or a related field, or demonstrate significant relevant project-management experience. Strong skills in project planning, financial control, negotiation, risk management, stakeholder communication and team leadership are essential. Previous experience in facilities or commercial services would be advantageous. Location of Employment: Mountain View, Rathduane, Rathmore, County Cork.
