Aria’s Modular Homes Limited is seeking an experienced, qualified Plumber to support residential extensions, attic conversions and modular-home installations. The role involves first- and second-fix plumbing, domestic water and waste systems, drainage and utility connections on active construction sites.

Main duties

Install, maintain and repair domestic hot- and cold-water pipework and waste-water systems.
Carry out first- and second-fix plumbing for kitchens, bathrooms and utility areas.
Install and connect soil, waste and vent pipework, gullies and external drainage connections.
Install pipework for heating and hot-water systems in accordance with drawings and specifications.
Diagnose plumbing faults and carry out repairs safely and efficiently.
Read site drawings and coordinate plumbing works with carpenters, electricians, blocklayers and other trades.
Follow site health-and-safety procedures and keep work areas clean and safe.

Essential requirements

At least 4 years’ relevant experience as a Plumber.
Relevant plumbing trade qualification or demonstrable equivalent practical experience.
Strong experience in domestic plumbing, drainage, pipework and bathroom/kitchen installations.
Ability to read construction and service drawings.
Safe Pass or willingness to obtain a Safe Pass before starting work.
Good English communication skills and ability to work independently on site.
Full driving licence is desirable.
