Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

To register your interest you can contact an Employment Personal Advisor (EPA) in your local Intreo Centre.

Applicants should supply suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda vetting application form.



Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

Gain valuable experience in event communications in an exciting venue that welcomes over 50,000 visitors every year.

Work closely with the social media manager to create engaging content for a company's social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused.

The role also involves supporting the marketing team with online communications across a broad range of platforms (socials, website, newsletter and emails) and any other duties as required by the marketing team. 

The ideal candidate will also have a friendly disposition and an interest in acquiring new skills in a workplace environment. Full training will be given to the successful applicant.
