Hatched Analytics serves a client base of sophisticated hedge funds - primarily long/short equity strategies - headquartered in New York and London. 

This role is based Wednesday and Thursday in Dublin office and rest of week from home. This can increase/change as business requires.

The Role

This is a commercially focused, internationally oriented operations role at the heart of our data trading business. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing data suppliers and business partners across global markets, with a particular emphasis on non-EEA regions. A significant component of the role involves conducting outreach, negotiations, and relationship management in languages other than English, directly with international counterparts.

Key Responsibilities

	Identifying and sourcing new international data suppliers and vendors across non-EEA markets through structured outreach and research
	Collaborating cross-functionally with data, quant, and research teams to distil complex analytical requirements into clear, accessible briefs for international data contributors and suppliers.
	Managing and maintaining B2B relationships with existing international data providers, negotiating terms and ensuring supply continuity
	Conducting professional correspondence and negotiations in at least one non-EEA official language on a daily basis
	Evaluating and qualifying inbound data sources for relevance, quality, and commercial viability
	Supporting the onboarding of new international partners into the company's data pipeline
	Coordinating cross-functional operations to ensure data delivery timelines and quality standards are consistently met
	Maintaining accurate records of supplier communications, contract terms, and partnership activity
	Providing market intelligence on emerging international data sources and opportunities

Requirements - Essential

	A Level 8 degree or higher in Business, International Business, Commerce, Data Analytics, or a closely related discipline
	Demonstrated experience in international B2B operations, data sourcing, or business development
	Fluency in English and at least one additional non-EEA language, candidates must be capable of conducting business negotiations, supplier correspondence, and professional communications in the additional language
	Strong understanding of global data markets and international supplier landscapes
	Proven ability to manage multiple international supplier relationships, projects and other operational tasks simultaneously
	Excellent communication and negotiation skills across cultures and time zones
	Proficiency in CRM tools and operational tracking systems

Requirements - Desirable

	Experience working within a data trading, data brokerage, or analytics environment
	Familiarity with data quality assessment methodologies
	Experience with fast-paced, startup or scale-up environments
