We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Retail Assistant to join our team. Working alongside the Shop Manager, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the shop, helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers.

This is a varied role offering the opportunity to develop valuable retail, customer service, communication and organisational skills in a friendly and supportive environment. Previous retail experience is an advantage but is not essential – a positive attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.

What You’ll Be Doing
Helping to maintain a clean, attractive and welcoming shop environment
Sorting, preparing, labelling and pricing donated stock
Displaying and replenishing stock to keep the shop looking its best
Rotating stock and creating appealing displays
Welcoming customers and providing friendly and helpful customer service
Operating the till and assisting with cash-handling duties
Supporting the Shop Manager with the smooth day-to-day running of the shop
Helping to promote shop initiatives, fundraising activities and special events
Working as part of a team to ensure customers have a positive experience
