Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Education Worker to support teaching and learning within our organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with educators, students, and families to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.  Field work meeting family's. 
Support the delivery of educational programmes and classroom activities.
Assist students with learning tasks, both individually and in groups.
Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Provide additional support to students with diverse learning needs.
Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff.
Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback where appropriate.
