About the Role
As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high quality, person centred support. Your responsibilities will include:
• Promoting independence and daily living skills
• Supporting emotional, social, and behavioural needs
• Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and psychologically supportive environ-ment
• Contributing to the smooth day to day running of the service
• Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to enhance the well being of service users

Essential Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum Level 7 qualification Bachelor Degree in Social Care or So-cial Education or Psychology
• Strong understanding of person-centred care, keyworking, and safe-guarding practices.
• Experience and understanding of risk assessments and safeguarding of vulnerable adults.
• Knowledge of HIQA policies, procedures, and Children’s First guide-lines.
• Full, clean manual driving licence.
