You will be the bridge between creative ideas and effective execution helping to manage and grow relationships with some of our key media clients. You will support the Media Operations team by building platform partnerships, storytelling through data, and delivering presentations that show the real impact of our work. Your expertise across digital channels, including, Search, Display, and Site-Direct, will be the engine that drives our clients’ success. 

Main Responsibilities: 

•	Manage campaign logistics to ensure every project is executed flawlessly.
•	Lead digital and social campaign strategies across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon, and Pinterest.
•	Own daily and weekly client interactions, leading calls and meetings to share performance insights and address requests.
•	Coordinate with our Investment, Activation, and Data teams to act as the internal champion for your client’s goals.
•	Analyse data to craft meaningful insights and recommendations for both internal teams and external partners.
•	Brainstorm new ways to improve workflows and strategies for our clients and the wider business.
•	Collaborate across teams to build best practices, case studies, and points of view on industry trends.
•	Contribute to our agency culture by being curious, thoughtful, and fearless in your approach.

Skills Required:

•	Relevant third level degree in Marketing, or related field or relevant experience (4 to 5 plus years).
•	Experience managing clients within complex organizations, ideally in a digital-first environment.
•	A strong background in digital media, social platforms, and analytics.
•	A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects without losing sight of the details.
•	Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
•	A bold and innovative approach, you aren't afraid to challenge the status quo.
•	The ability to communicate complex data in a simple, clear way.
