Preppie Limited T/A Shaku Maku are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team based in Dublin. The successful candidate's responsibilities will include kitchen management, ensuring highest standards of food preparation and presentation, health and safety compliance and fulfil substantial orders efficiently. A minimum of 3 years' experience as chef or similar role in Middle Eastern cuisine is essential. Professional experience in a catering environment is a bonus. The standard weekly working hours is 40-hours and the salary range for this role is €37,547.69 - €50,000
