Tulane Business Management, trading as Maldron Hotel Croke Park, require one Chef de Partie, for our busy restaurant, located at Maldron Hotel Croke Park. Two years minimum experience is required in preparing and cooking quality cuisine to department and internal standards. Must be hardworking and capable of producing high-quality foods. Duties will include assisting in the food preparation process, cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes, preparing vegetables and meats, assisting the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen., helping with deliveries and restocking and cleaning stations.
