We are now looking for an experienced Fish Filleter to join our team and help uphold the high standards that have made our name synonymous with excellent seafood.

Main Responsibilities
Fillet, portion and prepare a wide variety of fresh fish and seafood to consistently high standards.
Operate your assigned section efficiently, ensuring accurate and skilled preparation of all products.
Support the team in daily operations, stock management and product readiness.
Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety guidelines and hygiene standards at all times.
Monitor portion control, stock rotation and minimise waste.
Maintain a clean, organised and efficient working environment.
Contribute to maintaining the quality and presentation of all seafood products.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Fish Filleter or in a similar seafood preparation role.
Strong knife skills and thorough knowledge of fish filleting techniques and species.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork, communication and organisational skills.
Solid understanding of HACCP and food hygiene requirements.
Must be available to work 39 hours per week on-site in Ireland.
